Charges: False Written Statement in Purchasing a Firearm F3, Unsworn Falsification M3

Result: The felony and misdemeanor charges were withdrawn. The client pleaded guilty to a summary disorderly conduct citation. No fine or court costs were assessed.

Commonwealth v. J.F.

Charges: Aggravated Assault F2, Resisting Arrest M2, Defiant Trespass M3, Disorderly Conduct M3, Public Intoxication S, Underage Drinking S

Result: The Aggravated Assault, Defiant Trespass, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication charges were withdrawn. The client pleaded guilty to summary harassment and underage drinking citations without a fine or court costs.

Commonwealth v. A.D.

Charges: Simple Assault M2

Result: The charge was withdrawn.

Commonwealth v. D.L.

Charges: The client was charged with three DUIs within fifteen months. He faced mandatory minimum sentences of three days, ninety days and twelve months on the three cases.

Result: The first DUI was initially admitted into ARD, a pre-trial diversionary program. However, the client was revoked from the ARD program as a result of being charged with two more DUIs. The ARD judge agreed to close interest in the ARD case rather than revoke the client from the program saving the client from the increased sanctions that would have resulted from a conviction. The client was successfully admitted into a DUI treatment court program on the second and third DUIs where he will be placed on electronic monitoring, ordered to complete supervised treatment and closely monitored by the court.

Commonwealth v. V.T.

Charges: Accident Involving Damage to an Attended Vehicle M3, Obedience to Traffic Control Devices S, Reckless Driving s

Result: All charges withdrawn.

Commonwealth v. C.B.

Charges: Driving Under a DUI Related Suspension S, carrying a mandatory minimum sentence of 60 to ninety days.

Result: The charge was reduced to Driving Under Suspension, non-DUI related saving the client the mandatory minimum sentence.

Commonwealth v. M.B.

Charges: Stalking M1, Loitering and Prowling at Night M3

Result: Both misdemeanor charges were dismissed. The client pleaded guilty to a summary harassment citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

Commonwealth v. P.H.

Charges: Possession With Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance F, Possession of a Controlled Substance M, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia M, DUI M, No Rear Lights S, Driving at a Safe Speed S

Result: The felony possession with intent, possession of paraphernalia, no rear lights and safe speed charges were all withdrawn. The client pleaded guilty to misdemeanor possession and
