Our Team
Mr. Wyland is well respected by the judges, magistrates, police officers and attorneys the he has appeared before, worked with and opposed. He has been recognized as very poised advocate, with an impressive courtroom presence and demeanor and as the epitome of the professional, articulate, well prepared attorney.
Mr. Wyland was born and raised outside of Pittsburgh into a large extended family who taught him what it meant to work hard, the value of loyalty and commitment and that everyone deserves to be treated with respect.
After college Mr. Wyland went to work for a warehouse and logistics company in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. While in Harrisburg he put himself through law school at night as he continued to work during the day. Mr. Wyland’s skill in the courtroom was evident as he successfully competed in moot court and trial advocacy competitions, reaching the moot court finals in back-to-back years and winning the competition in his third year. In addition he was selected as a member of the Order of Barristers, an honorary award given to the school’s top advocates.
Following law school Mr. Wyland went to work as a Deputy District Attorney in the Dauphin County District Attorney’s Office in Harrisburg Pennsylvania. He spent five years honing his skills as a criminal attorney. During that time Mr. Wyland prosecuted over one thousand adult and juvenile cases including criminal homicides, child sex and physical abuse cases, felony drug cases, arsons, DUI cases, assaults, burglaries, robberies and thefts.
Mr. Wyland received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington and Jefferson College, with a major in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of Law and is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Kelly is Pittsburgh born and raised. She earned her paralegal degree from Bryan University.
